Who is Novelux?

Our History

Novelux Limited was founded in December 2023 by Rosemary Momanyi, a visionary leader with a passion for driving organizational success. With a wealth of experience in management consulting, Rosemary identified a need for tailored solutions to meet the unique challenges faced by businesses operating in Africa. Thus, Novelux was born, with a mission to empower organizations with innovative strategies and actionable insights.

Ms. Rosemary Momanyi

A seasoned marketer with over 20 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies, including Diageo, East African Breweries, and Google, she excels in product innovation, branding, packaging, digital marketing, and eCommerce. Her expertise spans supporting both large enterprises and small businesses in developing their online presence and connecting with customers effectively.

Dr Albino Luciani

An M&E specialist with extensive experience in policy and advocacy, he brings a wealth of knowledge in management information systems, value chains, inclusion, capacity building, and data analysis. His expertise ensures comprehensive project evaluations and impactful decision-making.

Ms. Madeline Muga

Ms. Madeline Muga an experienced Strategy, Impact and Development Consultant with 20+ years of experience across various sectors in East Africa including Agribusiness. She has led numerous successful projects in education, WASH, child rights, food security, youth and women empowerment, including providing training and technical support. As a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, she is passionate about empowering marginalised groups and creating positive change in communities. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable communities and always looking for new opportunities to contribute her expertise and experience to meaningful projects.

Fred Kithinzi

The founder of Belva Group, which includes award-winning businesses such as Belva Digital, GrowthLab, AXIS, and Startup, leverages martech to drive business growth in Kenya and beyond. With over 10 years of experience, he excels in operational excellence, product diversification, and revenue growth. Belva Digital is a KPMG Top 100 mid-size business (2018). Recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 by Business Daily and a Top 25 Man in Digital by SOMA, he aims to build a people-first pan-African business that creates value for customers and stakeholders.

Watetu Grosskurth

Ms. Watetu Grosskurth, has worked in the field of Forced Migration and Modern Slavery for 10 years, consulting for organizations such as the Global Fund to End Modern Slavery, CIVIPOL and Freedom Fund as a policy researcher, examining the prevalence and drivers of human trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children in the East African region. She is also a writer who has produced impact reports for human rights organizations, including those working for the recognition of LGBTQI+ people and rights. Ms.Watetu has a strong sense of social and environmental justice, and through her work, creates space and seeks justice for marginalized voices in society. She holds a master’s degree in Forced Migration and Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.

Oscar Limoke

Oscar Limoke is the CEO of Pawa IT Solutions, based in Nairobi, Kenya, where he leads a team of cloud enthusiasts to deliver quality cloud solutions across Africa. With over a decade of experience in the cloud industry, Oscar is passionate about empowering businesses and communities with cloud computing benefits. He has held various roles at Pawa IT Solutions, including Cloud Lead and Business Development Lead, where he has driven revenue growth and managed large-scale IT projects. Oscar’s career also includes a consultancy with UN-HABITAT in Somaliland and a technical support role at Google, where he facilitated the deployment of Google Apps for Education across African universities. He holds an MSc in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool and an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, as well as a BSc in Geomatic Engineering and Geospatial Information Systems from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

Thomas Opiyo

Thomas Opiyo is the Country Director at Living Goods, bringing over 25 years of leadership in pharmaceuticals and healthcare across Africa. Formerly General Manager at Merck and Novartis, he has led multi-country operations with full P&L responsibility, driven strategic transformations, and championed health system strengthening in collaboration with public and private sector.
